Burgie's Cozy Kitchen is a hit for its intended purpose — people love the chill, passive gameplay and its clever Twitch chat integration, which streamers are using to great effect. The core idea of a game you just minimize and check on works perfectly. The only real issues are technical: a very small but loud group is furious about performance problems on Steam and Windows, and the developer HeyNau itself is getting roasted, but that hasn't stopped the vast majority from enjoying the cozy burger-flipping vibes.
