Kingdom's Return's kingdom-rebuilding action RPG loop is a mess for most players, with its gameplay scoring poorly and people questioning its value. The two-part structure of side-scrolling adventure and kingdom strategy from Inti Creates just isn't clicking, landing with a mixed reception overall.
