The real review
Psyvariar 3 is a divisive sequel. The core bullet hell gameplay is solid and the roster of pilots is fun, but it's dragged down by weak graphics and technical issues, especially on the Switch and PC ports. People are pretty down on developer Red Art Studios for the state of the release, feeling the value is only okay for a SHMUP fan. It's a functional shooter buried under a layer of jank.
