The game
STARSEEKER is a new game set within the Astroneer universe with a focus on discovery, cooperative expeditions, and camaraderie. Exploring deep space on the ESS Starseeker, players will need to work together with the entire crew of the space station to complete planet- wide objectives across a multitude of star systems using cutting edge technology.
People are split on this co-op space expedition game, with the core concept of working together on planet-wide objectives being its main draw. The multiplayer is solid and the graphics are nice, but the overall gameplay feels thin and the value for money is a common complaint. The real sticking point is performance, which many call a buggy mess, especially on PC, Xbox, and Game Pass.
