Dive into a surreal 1970s gameworld and save San Francisco from a sinister threat. Play as Barb, and use the Oscillator to capture and reapply the physical traits of objects to solve mind-bending environmental platforming puzzles.
People are pretty split on Yerba Buena, with a lot of mixed feelings. The surreal 70s world and its mind-bending puzzles are a real high point, and the core Oscillator mechanic for stealing object traits gets praise for being clever. But it's undercut by serious problems, especially on PC and Xbox where technical performance seems to be a major, widespread issue. The puzzle difficulty also seems to frustrate more than challenge a lot of players, making the overall value feel questionable for many.
