It's a new school year for the Truham-Higgs gang. As Nick and Charlie's relationship deepens, their thoughts turn to life after the last bell rings.

Heartstopper Forever mostly lands as a sweet and satisfying next chapter for Nick and Charlie. As they navigate their deepening relationship and the looming question of life after school, their central dynamic is what people really connect with. The acting is strong across the board, with Joe Locke and Kit Connor's performances and their characters' chemistry drawing the most praise. However, a vocal group is really frustrated with the pacing, feeling it drags the story down, and some of the supporting characters and the director's choices get a fair bit of criticism. It's a warm, well-acted film that stays true to its heart, even if it moves a little too slowly for some.
