50 Cent Joins Payday TV Show as an Executive Producer
The planned Payday TV series just pulled off a major heist, adding hip-hop mogul Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson to its crew. According to Variety, Jackson will executive produce the show under his G-Unit Film & Television banner.
The project is a collaboration between Vice Studios and the video game studio Starbreeze Entertainment, per IGN. The show will adapt the popular cooperative shooter series where players plan and execute elaborate heists.
No word yet on when the Payday series will hit screens, but with 50 Cent now on board, expectations for the project's style and swagger just went up.
