After 10 Years, Players Have Seen Less Than 1% of No Man's Sky

A decade of exploring the universe barely scratches the surface. According to reports from IGN, VGC, Kotaku, and Nintendo Life, No Man's Sky players have collectively discovered less than one percent of the game's quintillions of planets.

Hello Games boss Sean Murray thanked the community for the game's 10-year anniversary, per VGC, calling himself "exceedingly lucky" to work on it. The studio is teasing another major update to mark the milestone.

The game famously launched to a rocky reception in 2016 but has been transformed through over 30 major updates, as reported by Nintendo Life. It seems even a decade of constant support isn't enough to fully map its endless cosmos.
