Battlefield 6 trailer reveals a stunning remake of fan-favorite map Wake Island
A fresh look at Battlefield 6 has arrived, and it’s bringing back a legendary piece of real estate. Per GameSpot, a new trailer shows off a gorgeous remake of the classic map Wake Island.
The map, first seen in Battlefield 1942, is a recreation of the real Pacific atoll that was the site of a major WWII battle. This updated version will be available starting August 18.
That launch date coincides with a Top Gun-themed crossover event, promising some high-flying action alongside the ground combat on this fan-favorite battlefield.
