Bethesda's roadmap reveals Fallout 5, new Obsidian title, and remasters
Bethesda just unveiled its ambitious future plans, confirming a flood of new and returning projects. According to reports from IGN and VGC, the lineup includes The Elder Scrolls 6, Fallout 5, and a brand new Fallout game from Obsidian Entertainment.
Multiple remaster projects are also officially on the way. PC Gamer and Push Square report that Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas are both getting the remaster treatment for modern platforms.
The announcement comes in the wake of major Xbox layoffs, with PC Gamer noting the company is looking to make a splash. Bethesda also plans a live 'Fallout Day' event in Washington, D.C. for 2027.
