Blizzard Reportedly Crowned Microsoft's Top Studio After Big Year

Blizzard Entertainment has apparently been named the crown jewel of Microsoft's gaming empire, per a report from IGN. According to the outlet, Blizzard is now the "top-performing" Xbox Game Studios division, thanks to the success of titles like Overwatch and Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred.

PC Gamer also reports on a leaked internal email that appears to back up the claim. The message reportedly states that the past fiscal year was Blizzard's third highest for total revenue in the company's history.

The performance seems to have cemented Blizzard's position within the Xbox hierarchy, putting it at the head of the pack under Microsoft's ownership.
