Bloodlines remaster rumor surfaces from Reddit leaker

A new vampire rumor is floating around from the crypts of Reddit.

According to a report from Eurogamer, a poster on the r/GamingLeaksAndRumours subreddit claims that a remaster of the 2004 cult RPG Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines is in development. The leaker was adamant it is not a full remake, stating it is a remaster "with some caveats."

The individual claims to have a track record, citing prior leaks about other titles like Forza Horizon 6's Japan setting. As with all such rumors, the claim is unverified.

The chatter follows earlier Reddit threads speculating about a Bloodlines remake, which the latest leaker feels "kind of leaked" the news already. Another post, tagged with a heavy "Grain of Salt," linked to a thread about the band Genitorturers, who worked on the original game's soundtrack, also mentioning a remake.

This potential project news comes after the conclusion of development on Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines 2, which received its final post-launch update in June.
