Call of Duty movie sets a target date for June 2028
Hollywood's video game gold rush continues, and a major franchise is getting a movie date. Per Nintendo Life, Paramount has officially confirmed the Call of Duty film will hit theaters on June 30, 2028.
The studio reportedly made the announcement during a presentation at CinemaCon. The adaptation will be set within the series' popular Modern Warfare universe.
This puts the project on the long road to joining the ever-growing list of game-to-screen adaptations, though fans will have to wait four more years to see it materialize.
