Captain Price actor thanks fans as Modern Warfare 4 campaign praise rolls in
Barry Sloane, the actor behind Call of Duty's iconic Captain Price, has posted a thank you message to fans online.
Early reactions to the Modern Warfare 4 campaign have been positive, with players on social media calling it "brutal" and "intense," according to IGN. Many are comparing it favorably to classic series entries.
Sloane responded to the praise directed at his performance. "Thank you for all the kind words," he wrote. "I see them. I read them. And I am grateful."
He also used his message to issue a plea against spoilers. "Remember," he continued, "let's allow people to enjoy the game in their own time. No spoilers."
The campaign is currently available to early access players, with a full release scheduled for October 23 on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch 2.
