Carey Mulligan joins Billie Eilish's film debut in 'The Bell Jar'
Fresh off her Emmy nod for 'Beef,' Carey Mulligan is heading to the big screen for a very buzzy project. According to an exclusive report from Variety, she's joined the cast of Focus Features' adaptation of 'The Bell Jar.'
The film will also serve as the major film acting debut for global pop superstar Billie Eilish. Sources told the outlet that Mulligan is set to play the role of Mrs. Greenwood.
While the studio hasn't made any official announcements yet, the casting of two such high-profile talents suggests the project is moving forward.
