Cartoon Cat is coming to the big screen as TriStar Pictures nabs film rights

The viral internet horror known as Cartoon Cat is headed to Hollywood. According to TheWrap, TriStar Pictures has scooped up the feature film rights to the creepy creation.

This marks the second major deal for artist Trevor Henderson, who previously saw a bidding war erupt over his other internet-born monster, Siren Head. It seems studios are mining the deepest, darkest corners of the web for their next big scares.
