Christopher Nolan makes a literal Trojan Horse play for his 'Odyssey' film
Christopher Nolan reportedly squeezed himself, plus 20 A-list actors, into a literal Trojan Horse for a pivotal scene in his upcoming epic 'The Odyssey'. The Hollywood Reporter shares that the director brought the production to New York City this week with his star-studded cast in tow.
According to actor John Leguizamo, this kind of commitment is typical for Nolan. 'This man is not going to ask anything of you that he doesn't attempt himself,' Leguizamo told the outlet.
In a separate report, The Hollywood Reporter also reveals that Nolan cut a 3,000-year-old joke from the film. The director explained why a famous pun from the original Homeric epic didn't make the final cut for his cinematic version.
