Christopher Nolan Needs a Three-Year Break After Grueling 'The Odyssey'
Director Christopher Nolan is officially clocking out for a bit. The filmmaker recently told Today that it will be "at least" three years before he makes another movie following the epic production of his upcoming film, 'The Odyssey'.
Nolan admitted the project pushed him to his limit. "I definitely hit the limits of my own stamina and everybody’s stamina, I think," he said, per Variety.
He added a wry note about the film's appropriately challenging nature, joking, "I mean, it’s ‘The Odyssey,’ of course it should be difficult." The director's next cinematic voyage is officially on hold while he recovers.
