Crimson Desert devs are digging deep on multiplayer and plotting sequels

Pearl Abyss, the developer behind Crimson Desert, is doing its homework on multiplayer modes for the hit action RPG. According to IGN, the team is conducting 'extensive research' to figure out how to best implement co-op or other online features.

A launch window for the Nintendo Switch 2 version of the game is also now targeted, though specifics weren't shared. The studio is already looking beyond the current project, with talks of potential sequels for the burgeoning franchise.
