Cult of the Lamb Gets Switch 2 Version With Free Upgrade Path

The popular indie title Cult of the Lamb is getting a new lease on life for Nintendo's next console. Developer Massive Monster confirmed a Switch 2 version is on the way.

According to Nintendo Life, the studio also announced a free upgrade path for existing Switch owners. This means players who bought the game on the current Switch platform won't have to pay again to get the enhanced version for the Switch 2.

The news was shared directly by the developer. No specific release date for the Switch 2 version was provided beyond confirmation that it's in the works.

Cult of the Lamb has seen numerous content updates since its initial launch on the Switch. The game, which mixes roguelike action with cult management simulation, will now bridge generations as Nintendo moves to its next hardware.
