Danny McBride steps up to direct Paramount's G.I. Joe movie

Danny McBride is adding another role to his work on the next G.I. Joe film. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the actor, writer, and producer will now direct the Paramount project.

He was already set to write the screenplay for the new movie. The report confirms McBride is taking on the director's chair, becoming a triple threat on the production.
