Disney locks in live-action Tangled for 2028, shows first look at Rapunzel
Disney has officially put a date on the live-action version of Tangled. The film is slated to hit theaters on March 31, 2028, per Variety, with the announcement made at the D23 fan event.
The first footage was shown exclusively to attendees, offering a look at Teagan Croft as Rapunzel and Milo Manheim as Flynn Rider. According to TheWrap, the teaser also gave fans a glimpse of Kathryn Hahn playing the villainous Mother Gothel.
Collider and ScreenRant confirmed the release window, noting the first official images of the leads have now been revealed.
