Disney Reveals Slate of New Pixar Movies at D23 Event
Disney's D23 showcase in Anaheim was packed with announcements for animated fans. Pixar revealed a host of new projects, including a supernatural movie titled 'Ghost Market' and a film called 'Gatto', per The Hollywood Reporter.
Specific plot details for both 'Incredibles 3' and 'Coco 2' were teased at the event, according to /Film. The studio also confirmed a summer 2028 release date for 'Incredibles 3', which will reportedly focus on the Parr family kids.
JoBlo reports that a 'New Simpsons Movie' also got a release date at the showcase. Meanwhile, the live-action 'Tangled' remake starring Teagan Croft, Milo Manheim, and Kathryn Hahn is now filming for a March 2028 release.
