The outlet compiled a photo retrospective of her seven-decade career. It highlights her iconic film roles, including in the workplace comedy "9 to 5" with Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin, and the 1989 drama "Steel Magnolias."
Her television work is also featured, from her own ABC variety show "Dolly" in the late 1970s to the 2019 Netflix anthology series "Dolly Parton's Heartstrings." Other noted film appearances include 1982's "The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas" and 1984's "Rhinestone."
The photos span from a 1974 portrait session to a 2023 performance at the Dallas Cowboys Thanksgiving game, capturing moments with fellow legends like Johnny Cash, Loretta Lynn, and Miley Cyrus.
