Dragon's Dogma 2 Switch 2 port reportedly 'exceeding expectations'

Capcom's ambitious RPG Dragon's Dogma 2 is headed to the Nintendo Switch 2 later this year, and early signs point to a surprisingly solid port. According to Eurogamer, the game is already running at '30fps and higher' on the new hardware, a notable feat given its rocky performance at launch.

This is a significant turnaround for a game that, per Nintendo Life, was heavily criticized for dire performance issues on PS5 and PC back in 2024. That a port is reportedly exceeding developer expectations is being seen as a major technical win.
