A Paramount shareholder is taking David and Larry Ellison to court, claiming they made a shady deal with former President Donald Trump. According to Variety, the lawsuit alleges the father-son duo cut an "illegal" arrangement to secure U.S. government approval for a Warner Bros. Discovery takeover.

The case was filed Tuesday in Delaware Chancery Court. The shareholder is seeking to block Paramount's involvement in the deal.
