Insomniac's upcoming PlayStation 5 title, Marvel's Wolverine, will let players slash through the Marvel Universe in a huge wardrobe of costumes. According to IGN, the developers have packed the game with suits pulled from classic comics, cartoons, and films, alongside some brand-new designs.
The game's primary outfit is an original Insomniac creation called the 'Battle Reborn' costume. Per IGN, it takes clear inspiration from Logan's familiar vibrant yellow and deep blue comic book looks but is reworked to appear more rugged and practical for the game's setting.
Players can also equip Logan in various civilian outfits that channel his signature style, like leather jackets and cowboy hats. The roster includes armored suits from specific comic runs, like one from a 2013 story where Wolverine lost his healing powers.
The article details many deep-cut costumes, including the red and blue look from the 'Age of Apocalypse' event, the brown costume that debuted in 1980, and the black leather X-Men uniforms from the early 2000s.
