Collider has the exclusive first look at the new season of the vampire drama. The teaser focuses on the destined love story between the warrior Rhage, played by Alexander Cubis, and a human woman named Mary, portrayed by Audrey Hare.
Per the trailer, Rhage is cursed with a beastly transformation that is not only making him more animalistic but is also apparently killing him. His fellow vampires warn that his time is running out. Mary's arrival in his world seems to awaken a softer, more gentlemanly side, though he fears his curse could make him hurt her.
The preview shows moments both steamy and tender between the pair, including a moonlit park stroll. Season 2 is described by the outlet as "a story of desire, sacrifice, and a love powerful enough to reach the man behind the monster."
New cast members for the season include Mariah Davis, Bobby Hogan, and Jon Haslam. Returning stars from Season 1 include Robert Maaser, Olivia Applegate, and Michael Roark. Tosca Musk returns as director.
Fans can watch the full season debut on Passionflix starting October 29.
