First Look at Mahesh Babu in S.S. Rajamouli's Epic 'Varanasi'

S.S. Rajamouli gave fans a birthday gift for star Mahesh Babu, unveiling the first look at his character in their upcoming film 'Varanasi.' The two new stills, released on Sunday, show Babu's character Rudhra on location in Africa.

The epic reportedly spans thousands of years and multiple continents, from Antarctica to the film's namesake city in India. According to Variety, Babu will be playing dual roles in the massive project.

This marks the first major visual tease for the highly anticipated collaboration, which is already shaping up to be another globe-trotting spectacle from the 'RRR' director.
