God of War Laufey star brushes off trolls, says 'I just know it's great'
The new God of War game starring Faye, titled God of War Laufey, is already facing online backlash for replacing Kratos. A small, vocal part of the internet didn't take kindly to the protagonist shift shown in Sony's recent State of Play.
GameSpot reports that the actor playing Faye isn't bothered by the hate. They simply stated, "I just know it's great," dismissing the critics.
The game, the first in the series not to feature Kratos in a lead role, was the highlight of the showcase with its first major gameplay reveal.
