GTA 6 leaker threatens to release full, finished game build in crypto scheme

The notorious GTA 6 leaker known as Cyberleek is threatening to drop a complete and playable version of the game, according to IGN and VGC. A message on their site reportedly promises to release a build with the entire story mode, including the end credits, if their associated cryptocurrency hits a $30 million market valuation.
The demand gives publisher Take-Two an ultimatum, per Eurogamer. The leaker claims the only way to stop the leak is for the company to reverse its decision not to sell the game on physical discs and to issue a formal public apology.
Cyberleek's crypto scheme also includes tiered rewards tied to the market cap, VGC reports. The leaker allegedly promised to release specific gameplay clips, including one showing protagonist Lucia in a bikini at a $2 million valuation and another showing her fully nude at $4 million. The group reemerged this week by posting 25 minutes of new footage containing story moments and nudity involving both main characters.
The leaker's actions have been widely condemned as a scam. Fans and commentators have heavily criticized the crypto scheme, with many accusing Cyberleek of simply seeking financial gain under false pretenses. Take-Two has been actively investigating the source of the leaks for months, issuing subpoenas to platforms like Discord in an attempt to identify the culprit.
