GTA 6 Marketing Spree Includes Filmed Car Convoys and Real Beer

Rockstar Games' marketing takeover of Miami is getting even weirder, and possibly a lot more expensive. According to IGN, fans in the Florida city have spotted convoys of flashy cars decked out with fake brands from the Grand Theft Auto universe, like Grotti and Emerus, being filmed by camera crews.
The sightings have led to rampant speculation that the studio is shooting a live-action trailer for GTA 6. This would fit with Rockstar's unprecedented campaign to literally turn Miami into a real-life Vice City, complete with billboards and a blimp.
In a related boozy development, IGN also reports that three GTA-themed beer brands have been approved for real-world sale by a US government bureau. Labels for Patriot Beer, Pißwasser, and a new brew called No Mames Vice City were spotted from Florida's Tripping Animals Brewing.
It's not yet clear when or where the beers, with alcohol contents mirroring Bud Light, will be available. They could be limited to Miami-area bars as part of the city-wide activation. Rockstar has not commented on any of the recent sightings or the beer labels.
The game itself is still on track for its previously announced release on November 19 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
