GTA 6 rating details gruesome violence, drug use, and strip club minigames

Rockstar's upcoming crime sequel is set to push its signature envelope even further, according to a now-deleted official rating. PC Gamer reports that a PEGI rating for Grand Theft Auto 6 described "detailed decapitation and dismemberment" as part of a violent, realistic combat system.

The rating also flagged "frequent and prominent" illegal drug use. Per the PEGI details, players will reportedly be able to carry and consume narcotics directly from an inventory, with cocaine specifically cited as something characters can snort from their hand at any moment.

On the sexual content front, the listing mentions scenes of intercourse and sexual fetishes. It also describes a strip club mini-game where players can purchase private dances and, according to the report, use the game's controls to physically touch the virtual dancers.

The rating summary, which has since been removed from the PEGI website, was first spotted by GamesRadar+. Grand Theft Auto 6 is scheduled for release on consoles this November, with a PC date still unannounced.
