Jeremy Strong refuses to apologize for his intense method acting style

Jeremy Strong says he feels no need to say sorry for his famously intense acting process. The actor made the remarks during a recent podcast interview, per Variety.
Strong was asked if his deep immersion into roles might disrupt his fellow cast members. He responded that his primary goal is to serve the story, not to hinder anyone else's work.
He elaborated that if his serious approach alters the atmosphere or makes others uneasy, he doesn't consider that something to apologize for. Strong believes his directors agree that his method is in service of the material.
The actor's approach has been a frequent topic of discussion. His 'Succession' co-star Brian Cox has previously called it annoying, though he also praised Strong's talent.
Strong can next be seen playing Mark Zuckerberg in the upcoming Aaron Sorkin film 'The Social Reckoning'. The movie also features a cast including Jeremy Allen White and Betty Gilpin.
