Kingdom Hearts 4 Gets Coco World, Playable Classic Trio in D23 Blitz
The D23 convention just dropped a treasure trove of new info for Kingdom Hearts fans. According to IGN, Disney and Square Enix showed an extended gameplay trailer for Kingdom Hearts 4 featuring a first look at playable characters King Mickey, Donald, and Goofy.
Eurogamer reports the trailer also confirmed the first new world for the game: one inspired by Pixar's animated hit Coco. Push Square adds that Sora will be exploring the Land of the Dead alongside Miguel.
The same outlet also confirmed the game's release window, stating Kingdom Hearts 4 is set to launch on PlayStation 5 in late 2027.
