‘Landman’ season 3 delayed, won’t stream until 2027

Taylor Sheridan’s oil drama ‘Landman’ is officially taking a year off. According to a report from Collider, the Paramount+ series will not return before the end of 2025, meaning 2026 will be the first year since 2023 without a new season.

The third season, which fans had been expecting later this year, is now not scheduled to begin streaming until sometime in 2027. Production was originally slated to start earlier this year but was pushed back to September, a delay Collider says makes a 2025 release impossible.

Season 2 ended with Billy Bob Thornton’s character, Tommy Norris, quitting his job to start his own oil company. Collider’s report notes that Demi Moore’s character, Cami Miller, is expected to remain a fierce competitor for Tommy in the upcoming season.

Andy Garcia’s character, Gallino, is also set to return with a bigger grudge against Tommy than ever before. The series stars Thornton, Ali Larter, and Sam Elliott.

The first two seasons of ‘Landman’ are currently available to stream on Paramount+.
