Live-action 'Lilo & Stitch 2' reveals first look at pink alien Angel
Disney just gave fans their first peek at a pink and fluffy new arrival. At the D23 event, a new image revealed Angel, Stitch's love interest, complete with glowing antennae for the upcoming live-action sequel, per Variety.
The character Angel, often called the 'girl Stitch,' is a fan favorite finally making her big-screen debut. TheWrap confirms her official introduction in the sequel, which is being written and directed by Chris Sanders.
Star Maia Kealoha, who plays Lilo, took the stage to introduce the project, with a fuzzy Stitch mascot waving to the crowd. The sequel is officially bringing a long-awaited piece of the 'ohana to life.
