Lucasfilm floods New York Comic Con with new Star Wars books and comics

Lucasfilm Publishing took over a New York Comic Con stage to reveal a massive wave of new Star Wars titles. According to The HoloFiles, the announcements were made during a panel hosted by creative director Michael Siglain, featuring a roster of authors and creators.
The slate is heavily tied to the upcoming movie 'Star Wars: Starfighter,' directed by Shawn Levy and starring Ryan Gosling. Eight tie-in books for the film were announced, ranging from a novelization with expanded scenes to a Little Golden Book, leveled readers for kids, and even an adult coloring book.
Multiple projects are also planned to celebrate the 50th anniversary of 'Star Wars: A New Hope.' These include a script book with photos, a deluxe manga omnibus, a sturdy board book edition of the Little Golden Book, and a massive cultural retrospective titled 'Star Wars: A Celebration.'
One new novel, 'Princess Leia: Path of the Rebel,' will follow Leia Organa after the destruction of Alderaan. Per the description, it sees Leia, Luke Skywalker, and Han Solo on a quest to find a secret weapons cache hidden by her father, Bail Organa, to secure the Rebellion's future.
In a surprise gaming crossover, Lucasfilm announced a partnership with Dungeons & Dragons for a new tabletop roleplaying game. The first adventure book, 'D&D | Star Wars, Tyro Squadron: Adventures,' will be set during the Original Trilogy, with a core rulebook to follow in 2027.
