MCU's The Thing briefly got a more human look, per new comic

Marvel has revealed a surprising early look for a classic hero in the ongoing MCU canon.
According to ScreenRant, the new comic series 'Fantastic Four: First Foes' shows Ben Grimm, aka The Thing, with a less rocky appearance. In the story, the character undergoes a procedure to siphon his cosmic radiation in an attempt to look more human.
The process, performed by a scientist named Dr. Damien Albo, is partially successful. Ben gains a more humanoid look and can even sit without breaking furniture, but does not fully revert to his human form.
However, the siphoned energy is used to animate a synthetic android called Dragon Man, which then attacks the Fantastic Four. Ben is forced to reverse the procedure to regain his powers and stop the threat, returning to his familiar rocky form.
The comic ends with The Thing taking responsibility for Dragon Man, with the android's ultimate fate left unclear. This story is set before the events of the upcoming 'Avengers: Doomsday' movie.
