Monster series returns with first trailer for Lizzie Borden chapter
Netflix has dropped the trailer for the latest installment of Ryan Murphy's bloody anthology series. This fourth chapter, titled 'Monster: The Lizzie Borden Story,' will dramatize the infamous 19th-century case of a young woman accused of murdering her parents with an axe.
Ella Beatty stars as the accused killer, according to Variety. The new footage gives the first look at the series' take on the grisly historical story.
The show is the next entry in the 'Monster' anthology from creators Murphy and Ian Brennan. No release date was included with the trailer reveal.
