The Apple TV+ sci-fi series 'Murderbot' is stacking its deck for season two. Variety reports the show has added a massive roster of new cast members, including Steve Buscemi, Tramell Tillman, Katy O'Brian, and Nicholas Braun.
The list of new additions also features Blair Underwood, Brendan Hunt, Bridget Everett, Britne Oldford, and Damian Young. More names include Divian Ladwa, Ella Jay Basco, Etienne Beydon, and Griffin Newman.
Rounding out the reported cast are Jaedynn Latter, Jason George, Kali Reis, Maddy Strauss, Marc Menchaca, and Martha Plimpton. Meredith Salenger, Michael Sheen, Nia Vardalos, and Rob Huebel are also joining.
The series stars Alexander Skarsgård as the titular Murderbot, a security android battling its own programming. No details on the new characters were provided, but the sheer volume of new faces suggests the story is expanding significantly for its second outing.
