Na Hong-jin hails casting of Hoyeon as his 'best decision' for new film Hope
Director Na Hong-jin brought his first Comic-Con appearance to a packed house for a peek at his new alien action flick, 'Hope.'
The 'Wailing' director debuted new, reportedly frightening footage and had high praise for his star. According to Variety, Na said casting 'Squid Game' actress Hoyeon was the single 'best decision' he made for the project.
The film, which is being released by Neon, is described as an alien action movie. A sizzle reel of Na's previous work, including 'The Chaser' and 'The Yellow Sea,' played before the presentation.
