Nathan Fielder's Secret Elizabeth Holmes Doc Gets October Release and Trailer
TheWrap reports that the long-rumored Nathan Fielder documentary about Elizabeth Holmes is real. Titled "You Can See Everything," the film will hit theaters this October, with distribution handled by A24.
The project was just unveiled as the secret screening at the Telluride Film Festival, where it premiered. Per an official synopsis, the film began filming days before Holmes was sent to prison, following her with a skeptical crew on what became a multi-year journey.
Holmes is currently serving a sentence of over 11 years for defrauding investors in her failed health tech company, Theranos. The outlet notes she was acquitted of defrauding patients.
A first teaser trailer has been released. In it, Fielder is seen questioning Holmes about her authenticity while she holds her infant child.
The film is co-directed by Fielder and documentary filmmaker Lance Oppenheim. Fielder is known for his absurdist comedy projects like "Nathan for You" and "The Rehearsal," while Oppenheim's work includes the documentaries "Some Kind of Heaven" and "Spermworld."
