NBA 2K25 will be delisted next year, single-player modes to be killed

GameSpot reports that 2K Sports is sunsetting NBA 2K25. The game will be removed from sale in late 2026, and its servers will be shut down soon after.

According to the outlet, 2K Sports announced that NBA 2K25 will be delisted on October 30, 2026. The game will then be fully discontinued on December 31, 2026.

The server shutdowns will render even the game's single-player components unplayable. This includes the MyCareer and MyTeam modes, per the announcement.

Players who already own NBA 2K25 will be able to redownload it and play offline after the discontinuation date.
