Neagley' Spinoff Beats Out Monster' and Reacher' to Top Streaming Charts

The Hollywood Reporter reveals the latest streaming champ is a spinoff. 'Neagley', the Prime Video show starring Maria Sten as a private investigator and former comrade of Jack Reacher, grabbed the top spot with 1.78 billion minutes watched in its first week.
That's a debut nearly identical to the original 'Reacher' series, which pulled in 1.84 billion minutes when it launched in 2022. The performance was strong enough that Prime Video reportedly handed 'Neagley' a second-season renewal just days after its premiere.
Netflix's 'Monster: The Lizzie Borden Story' landed in second place with 1.48 billion minutes for its premiere week. The original 'Reacher' series itself took third, drawing 1.42 billion minutes for the week its fourth season ended.
A new Netflix teen series, 'Crew Girl', entered the overall top ten with over 635 million minutes of viewing. Paramount+'s 'Lioness' and Apple TV's 'Ted Lasso' both saw week-over-week increases in viewership.
On the movie side, a Tyler Perry sequel, 'Why Did I Get Married Again?', remained the most-watched film despite a steep drop in its second week. Nielsen's data covers only TV sets in the U.S.
