Nintendo Life describes the action, noting Bryan spots a zombie on a roof before it leaps off and "practically explodes" on impact. The movie, which Sony Pictures Entertainment has rated R for "strong bloody violence, gore and language throughout," follows Bryan, a medical courier caught in a biohazard outbreak. Cregger has previously called it the most violent film he's ever made.
