Critics are showering Christopher Nolan's *The Odyssey* with praise, with the film landing a stellar 98% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes. According to Kotaku, the director's take on the classic epic is a certified hit with reviewers.
While the scores are high, the outlet cheekily noted that the ancient poet Homer would probably love the rating if he could read it. But it's probably best he can't see the modern popcorn bucket tie-in.
Nolan continues his streak of both critical acclaim and, apparently, questionable merch. The film is off to a legendary start.
