Norman Reedus Joins James Marsden in Apple Spy Series Disavowed
Norman Reedus is suiting up for a new mission. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the actor has signed on as a series regular for the Apple TV spy thriller Disavowed.
He'll star alongside James Marsden, who also serves as an executive producer. The show's creators are Art Marcum and Matt Holloway, the writers behind Iron Man and Uncharted.
The plot follows Marsden's character, a CIA officer named Brad Griffin who gets fired. He then goes rogue to hunt an assassin with a $15 million price on their head. Details on who Reedus will be playing are currently under wraps.
Production will be handled by Apple Studios in partnership with Blue Marble Pictures, the company behind Pachinko. Executive producers include the creators, Marsden, Tom Spezialy, director Michelle MacLaren, and others from Blue Marble.
