Pedro Pascal calls Behemoth! cello role tougher than Gladiator II fight training

Pedro Pascal is spilling the beans on his upcoming film Behemoth!, and it sounds like he almost quit before he started. The star revealed the role, which required him to learn the cello, was a massive challenge that made him consider backing out.

Speaking to JoBlo, Pascal claimed that mastering the instrument for Tony Gilroy's new movie was '10 times harder' than his physical training for Ridley Scott's Gladiator II. While the latter had him getting in fighting shape, the former apparently required a whole new kind of discipline.

The actor didn't go into further detail, but it's clear that Behemoth! is demanding a different kind of performance from the star.
