Pokemon Pokopia Sells 5 Million Copies on Switch 2, 21% of Owners Bought It
Pokemon's cozy spin-off is a certified hit on the new hardware. According to VGC, 21% of Nintendo Switch 2 owners have purchased the life sim 'Pokemon Pokopia.'
Nintendo and The Pokemon Company have now confirmed the sales milestone. Per Nintendo Life, the Switch 2 exclusive has sold over five million units globally in just over four months since its March release.
The game just received its first DLC update last week, potentially fueling even more sales for the relaxing title.
